Title IV-A Allowable
School Funding & Purchasing Resources
NewzBrain is Title IV-A allowable as a supplemental well-rounded education program for grades 3-12. Schools may use Title IV, Part A funds to support instruction in civics, government, American history, economics, geography, current-events literacy, writing, discussion, collaboration, and multidisciplinary learning.
Funding availability and final purchasing approval are determined by each district based on its identified needs, approved plan and budget, available funds, and procurement requirements.

Title IV-A Allowable for Well-Rounded Education
NewzBrain is Title IV-A allowable as a supplemental well-rounded education program. The program supports American history, civics, economics, geography, government, current-events literacy, writing, discussion, collaboration, and multidisciplinary learning.
District funding notice
Title IV-A allowability does not guarantee that a particular district has available funds or will authorize the purchase. Districts must follow their identified needs, approved plans and budgets, procurement procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Teachers can preview the teacher-led Weekly Interactive classroom game before students play. For each question slot, the teacher can retain the ready-made question, select an available alternate, or leave the slot blank. This allows districts and teachers to use NewzBrain while retaining local instructional judgment over what is presented in the classroom.
Teachers, not an automated system, make the final decision about which weekly interactive questions appear to their students.

Who Should Review the Purchase?
Teachers interested in funding NewzBrain should contact the appropriate district administrator. Titles vary by district, but the review may involve the Federal Programs Director, Title IV-A Coordinator, Curriculum Director, Director of Teaching and Learning, principal, business office, or purchasing department.
NewzBrain can provide program descriptions, pricing, quotes, invoices, instructional-alignment documents, sample-content evidence, and other reasonable vendor information. The district remains responsible for the final funding and purchasing decision.
